By signing up with Possessor.org, you indicate that you have read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

By signing up with Possessor.org, you understand and agree that you have bound yourself legally to the terms and conditions as stated on this web page (http://www.possessor.org/terms.html). You also understand and agree that Possessor.org may without notice and at any time edit, add to, subtract from, or otherwise alter in any manner any of these terms and conditions.

You understand and agree that you will not in any manner copy, transfer, and/or publish any section(s) of a webpage found on the Possessor.org website; nor will you make any profits from the Possessor System or any part of the Possessor.org website in any way other than as exactly directed in the Possessor.org website.

You understand and agree that should any disputes arise, you will resolve them through arbitration rather than the court system. You also agree that before taking any action to contact a third party arbitrator, you will first contact Possessor.org by e-mail in an effort to resolve the conflict with Possessor.org before any third party is ever involved. If a third party arbitrator is contacted regarding any dispute prior to contacting Possessor.org about the same dispute, you agree that such arbitration is invalid and must be halted as it would be a breach of contract according to these terms and conditions. You understand and agree that arbitration may only occur after you have contacted Possessor.org about the conflict and have received from Possessor.org a confirmation e-mail response that arbitration is the next course of action due to the unresolved nature of the immediate dispute.

You understand and agree that Possessor.org shall not be liable to any customer or any third party for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business or personal information, and the like, arising out of the use of the Possessor System.

By signing up with Possessor.Org, you understand and agree that no particular income is guaranteed. You furthermore understand and agree that Possessor.Org is not responsible for the income you make, or lack thereof.

You understand and agree that Possessor.org is not responsible for any advertising costs and does not cover such expenses. Also, you understand and agree that Possessor.org is not responsible for other payments you make in conjunction with the Possessor System and Courses as these are solely your non-mandated choice in building and expanding on your financial endeavours. Furthermore, you understand and agree that any income you make using the Possessor System is subject to taxation by the appropriate authorities and governments, and that you and you alone are solely responsible for reporting your wages and paying taxes. You understand and agree that Possessor.org shall not be in any way responsible for your tax reports and/or payments, as the Possessor System does not make you an employee of Possessor.org, but an independent affiliate.
