Possessor.Org is a web community created by "Place Of Gold Integrated Concerns". While Place Of Gold is a global entity, Possessor.Org was designed particularly for a most beloved country (We're referring to Nigeria, of course!).

What really is Possessor.Org about?

The core concept for the creation of Possessor.Org is to build a platform for financial and personal independence which can accommodate a large proportion of our country's human capital.

Why Nigeria?

Nigeria is abundantly blessed with a myriad of natural resources but our greatest resource is actually people... and not just any kind of people. We are a people with amazing physical, spiritual, and intellectual capability; able to push through the toughest of situations and possessing an uncanny ability to make something out of nothing.

Our nation is replete with testimonies of people who have fought through perilous times and circumstances to come out of obscurity and become shining examples of what can be achieved through hardwork, dogged determination, and absolute trust in our God-given potentials.

Unfortunately, in our country today, there are still millions of people fighting for a competence. Millions of people fighting to rid themselves of the shackles of poverty and lack. Millions of people struggling in the hope of a better tomorrow for themselves and for their children. Many of these people are ready and willing to put in their best efforts but they are flawed by a major challenge; the challenge of 'opportunity'.

The opportunities we were taught in school (and by our parents) are too few and too narrow to accommodate a nation of over One hundred and forty million (140,000,000) people. This is one of the major reasons for our very high unemployment figures. The competition is increasing and the big fish are beginning to feed on the little fish.

Thankfully, there are some emerging solutions to this challenge. While these solutions are several and different in nature, there is one that stands head and shoulders above all the others; its called 'the internet'.

The internet is by far the greatest solution because it creates many New opportunities and also broadens the already existing ones. Whether you realise it or not, it (the internet) is the most potent invention of our generation and it is already changing the way we live our everyday lives.

If you're one of those people who still think the internet has no significant bearing on developing African countries (like Nigeria) then you're fast asleep; you need to wake up and smell the coffee!

The internet is already all around us and its influence is increasing. Governments, Banks, Institutions, Academia and practically every major business in the world have an an online presence these days and Nigeria is no exception. In fact, the use of the internet in Nigeria is sharply on the rise.

I always say that one of the blessings a developing nation such as ours has is the benefit of foresight. You can look at more advanced nations and have an idea of what lies ahead. Isn't that great?

For example, a quick study of some more advanced nations will let you see that the internet has facilitated the emergence of several millionaires and billionaires over the last decade. I mean billionaires in US dollars (not naira). What does this tell you?

Several Nigerians can (and will) make their fortunes via the internet in the coming months and years ahead. The wise thing to do is begin building the necessary infrastructure and position yourself strategically for what is coming inevitably.

This is what Possessor.Org was designed to help us achieve. There is enough space for everybody on the web and we can all achieve our goals much faster when we work as a team. We will also make much greater impact on our society and the world.

How exactly does Possessor.Org help?

By building, building, building! In order for us to fully harness the developmental and income potential of the internet, we must create an enabling environment and the foundation for that environment is a community of like-minded individuals.

The advancement and success of our organization is a collective effort and no single person can take all the credit.
